- Check the temperature . The right room conditions are essential. Make sure the temperature in the room where the floor is to be laid is between 18°C and 20°C.
- Lay the packages flat . By laying the packages flat, you ensure that each package can optimally take up the space. Also create sufficient space between the packages, so that the air can circulate.
- Wait 48-72 hours . Give the packs at least 48 hours to acclimatize to the new space. In new homes, it is advisable to let the floor acclimatize for 72 hours.
- Keep checking the temperature . Make sure the temperature remains constant during both acclimatization and installation. It is important that it is always around 18°C and 20°C. Consistency is the key to success.
